We are currently getting HK Community Land Trust (HKCLT) formally incorporated to act as a community-controlled entity providing genuinely affordable housing in perpetuity in Horsted Keynes. As COVID continues to prevent us from running our planned community engagement event to follow up the Housing Needs Survey and to launch HKCLT, we now propose to do this by holding an open Zoom meeting.
We want to make sure we are representing the current views of Horsted Keynes residents regarding the provision of affordable housing in the village and that we are engaging you in the future of HKCLT, so please look out for and respond to a follow up online survey shortly as a precursor to the Zoom meeting.
