Why HK Community Land Trust needs your support.
The Plan for Now: HKCLT Ltd. is an incorporated Community Benefit Society, run by and for HK people, set up to own, in perpetuity, an initial holding of 6 affordable houses for local people to rent, managed by our Housing Association partner.
Future Possibilities: As well as perhaps adding further affordable housing, HKCLT Ltd. could also act as a community-led entity for other community facilities.
